This is an open letter to the driver of the black Ford Escape who has passed me on my lime green adult tricycle on my right in the bicycle lane at a high rate of speed, three times as a green light came up at Madison Street and Oak Park Avenue and a fourth time on the evening of Sept. 5 as I pedaled forward on a green light and you cut off several cars in the legal lane. Simply put, stop it! Your rude driving, almost brushing an adult tricyclist, is very scary. Please stay in your lane, not in the clearly marked bicycle lane.
