I agree with Ravi Parakkat’s suggestion in the Sept. 2 Viewpoints section: a pilot program to see if housing can be more affordable. Village officials should not be looking to paint such a wide brush on homeowners and single-family zoning. This is a good example of a common-sense, compromise solution so we can all agree to do better.
