What does your business do & what sets you apart from others in your industry?
We provide non-medical in home care services that allow seniors and disabled adults to remain comfortably and safely in their own homes. We are known for our immediate response times especially during the holidays. Often securing care for a loved one returning home from a care community is the last thing the family thinks about!
What is “super” about your business? Why is it special?
We have phenomenally dedicated and compassionate caregivers who truly bond with their clients and do whatever they can to improve the quality of their lives.
If you could pick a superpower, what would it be?
Omniscience! So we could fully communicate with clients who have cognitive challenges and therefore be able to give them exactly what they need to be most comfortable at all times.
What is one thing you have had to do to “pivot” to survive the Covid shutdown?
We had to change our interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training to a virtual format. It’s a big challenge, but we are fortunately able to continue to connect with outstanding caregivers!
Name one thing you LOVE about our Chamber?
The ability to connect and the sense of community.
What’s the weirdest thing you sell or offer? Or have there been any odd customer requests?
We have been asked to travel across the country with clients either going on vacation or moving to be closer to family.
