The Oak Park Police Department is seeking community assistance in locating a missing man with dementia. Claude Hughes, age 77, was reported missing after leaving his home sometime between the evening of July 26 and the morning of July 27, according to an Aug. 3 news release from the village of Oak Park.

Hughes is 5-feet-11-inches tall and walks with a limp. He could possibly be wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans with a black leather baseball cap. The Oak Park Police Department encourages anyone with information regarding Hughes’s whereabouts to contact the department at 708-386-3800.
