A NBC 5 reporter who lives in Oak Park is shipping off to New York and just put her home up for sale for a cool $1.8 million.

Zoraida Sambolin, 44, just left the state to take a job with CNN, after spending five years with NBC, according to the Chicago Tribune. She and her husband paid $1 million for the house in 2004, which is designed by renowned architect George Maher.

According to the listing, the six-bedroom, five-bath home was built in 1905 and completely renovated in 2004.  The “Erwin” house, 530 N. Euclid Ave., includes a grand foyer with fireplace, a “stunning” three-tier staircase, art glass windows, a wraparound porch, a heated pool, and a pizza oven in the granite-decked kitchen.

Property taxes for the home are just $32,101 for a year, according to the listing.
