On Saturday, May 16, the annual Wright Plus Architectural Housewalk took place in Oak Park. The Frank Lloyd Wright Trust extends our sincere gratitude to the entire community, whose support and cooperation made it a splendid day of hospitality.
This year’s housewalk featured magnificent Oak Park historic residences, opened by their gracious homeowners to guests from across the country and beyond, who were in awe of Oak Park’s living museum of architecture — 350 volunteers spent hundreds of hours on planning and execution to make this a truly exceptional event. Everyone was touched by the spirit of friendship that defines this special day and this community.
