“Do the crime, do the time.” I would think police officers would be the first to agree. But only if it applies to others, it seems. It can be argued that cops who refuse the COVID vaccine should be charged with a crime: “Reckless endangerment is a crime consisting of acts that create a substantial risk of serious physical injury to another person. The accused person isn’t required to intend the resulting or potential harm, but must have acted in a way that showed a disregard for the foreseeable consequences of the actions.” (Bing online)
They justify themselves with a cry of “freedom.” But that can’t include being a clear and present danger to others.
