The park district staff have made the reopening of Rehm Pool a smooth and efficient operation (I’ve only gone to Rehm so far and am sure that Ridgeland is also run just as well).
In particular, the entry line and the check-in process are efficiently and speedily handled. I heard many patrons say once they entered the pool, “that went well,” “better than expected,” etc.

Rehm Pool supervisory staff and guards are to be commended as well for their customer service and skills.
