Logan Fitness Strategy is a premier strategic, personalized fitness, nutrition, and wellness consultancy based on The Better System developed by me, Logan, Founder of Logan Fitness Strategy. What is “super” about your business? Why is it special?
I’m a one-person show. I made a career change into fitness from the corporate consulting world to help other busy people fit fitness into their lives, no matter their ability, goals, age, gender, career, etc. I train people and provide corporate wellness consulting remotely online and in-person (at their residence, worksite, or through gyms I contract space out of), and I provide coaching calls. Everything is personalized and based on science, and I make it a point that you shouldn’t give up the things you enjoy–it’s all about balance.
Tell us a bit about yourself…
I stay active (of course). I enjoy walking, hiking, traveling, museums, learning, the arts (movies, tv shows, theater, music/concerts, painting/sculptures, architecture), playing the piano, spending time with family and friends, being an uncle, cocktail lounges, breweries, cafes, and restaurants.
If you could pick a superpower, what would it be?
Teleportation or healing powers (heal myself and others).
Why did you choose to invest in our community?
I’ve lived in Elmwood Park most of my life. OP/RF are right next door, so I’m always there and love the area!
What local organizations have you been able to support in the past?
Whole Foods, FFC, Classic Cinemas, Dr. Calvin Meineke, Target, Old Navy, The Gap, Sport Clips, and many other shops and many delicious restaurants!
