The results are in for the D90 School Board, and voters have chosen Kathleen M. Avalos for the open 2-year term and incumbents Barbara Hickey, Richard Moore and Calvin Davis for the three 4-year terms on the board.
Avalos beat her only opponent, Steve Lefko, taking 1,384 votes for 63.34 percent of the votes cast.
Hickey was the biggest vote winner for the three 4-year term seats on the board, taking 1,476 votes for 24.79 percent.
Moore took 1,326 votes for 22.27 percent of the total votes cast, and Calvin Davis came in third with 979 or 16.45 percent of the votes.
