After losing their first game, the 14U Blazers bounced back with three straight wins, highlighted by their 13-9 win in eight innings over the Lemont Sizzlers to win the Downers Grove Rebels Classic B Division championship.

The 14U Blazers battled through the B Division bracket of the Downers Grove Rebels Classic after losing their first game of a double elimination tourney on Saturday in the last inning, 5-4 to Park Ridge.

The 14U Blazers rallied to edge the Lisle Slammers 9-8, scoring four runs in the bottom of the last inning in their next game. They consolidated that thrilling victory with a 12-4 win against the Downers Grove Rebels. The 14U Blazers outlasted the Lemont Sizzlers 13-9 in eight innings in the championship game.
