I was ashamed that on Tuesday night, April 28, Oak Park would regress to the 1960’s as if no progress had been made in racial justice since then.
Recently, AIPAC lost a cool $3 Million plus in our 7th Congressional District when they tried to own the black and brown community on the West Side.
This time they gathered together their Zionist groupies because they knew they would lose if the voters of Oak Park got a chance to vote on a referendum on the November ballot. They think the American public doesn’t know about the horrific ongoing genocide of the Palestinian people in Gaza, the West Bank of Palestine, Lebanon, Iran, etc.
If you listen to the Lies & Nonsense Show everything is antisemitic. I’m tired of white supremacists thinking they can tell my Brown, proud, loud, Latina self that they are the only experts on what racism in America is.
Israel bombed and murdered several of my Palestinian friends in Gaza and their kids & families and now my West Bank friends who I have known for 12 years, all using my tax dollars against my will. I want my remaining friends in Gaza to have food and clean water & be able to be free from being maimed, murdered or starved to death. Now.
Thank you to the 136 true progressives who showed up to support our civil rights to boycott the occupier state of Israel. Progressives except for Palestine, you cannot be progressive and racist at the same time.
