Dolores “DD” Traeger, 85, of Oak Park died on Jan. 26, 2021. Born on June 29, 1935, she worked for West Suburban Hospital for over 45 years before her retirement.
DD Traeger was the daughter of the late Joseph and Maude Traeger; the sister of the late Eugene (the late Mary), Dorothy (the late Richard) Wiora, Darline (the late George) Doyle and Donna Ziccarelli; and the aunt, great-aunt and great-great-aunt of many.
A visitation was held Feb. 1 at Drechsler, Brown & Williams Funeral Home. A funeral Mass was celebrated Feb. 2 at St. Giles Church, followed by interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
