Rascal is a handsome tabby that found his way to ACL twice. This friendly, sweet boy has quite the story – 3.5 years ago Rascal was abandoned in a vacant home by his owners. He was just a young kitten back then and he was quickly adopted. He found his way to back to ACL when his owners surrendered him to an animal control agency. Since Rascal came from ACL animal control returned him. Despite Rascal’s sad story, it doesn’t seem to have affected him. Rascal has a layed back, friendly and affectionate personality. He will often head bump to encourage more petting. He is not shy and will greet anyone that comes into the adoption room. He gets along well with other felines and does not have any child age restrictions.
