Riley Egan, 12, a seventh-grade student at Brooks Middle School, helps paint a mural inside the school’s cafeteria last Thursday.
The mural features the school’s mascot eagle carrying a backpack which is spilling out all the various classes, clubs and other activities students there participate in. The school’s visiting artist, Christine Baumbach, supervised and assisted with the project.
