I know this verges on dining. (Sorry David) But as a consumer I like the “flight” option. Gives me a taste of everything. I can sample a few drinks, a few cheeses, some desserts. It’s a cost effective way to try out a bit more from our local eateries and fine dining establishments.
And the idea of a margarita flight, well that’s just a ton of fun. To tell you the truth it wasn’t just a ton of fun – it was delicious.
Maya del Sol had those Margarita flights for a special promotion for National Margarita Day, but I hear you can still ask for one. And maybe if enough of us ask, the flight will find a permanent place on the menu.
