4th of July Festivities

Finally, reign in this July 4 weekend with the 4th of July parade in the morning and the fireworks display in the evening. The parade begins at 10 a.m. from Longfellow Park, at the intersection of Ridgeland and Adams. Then, march north on Ridgeland to Augusta, and then turn east before dispersing near Whittier Elementary School at Harvey Avenue. Following that, for a scintillating fireworks display, come over to the Oak Park and River Forest High School, 201 N. Scoville, for the show beginning at dusk.
