If you missed the sandhill cranes a week ago Tuesday (read more here), perhaps you saw the flock of wild parrots taking refuge momentarily in the large mulberry tree at the entry to Scoville Park, Oak Park and Lake, Sunday afternoon.

Green and yellow and emitting distinctive shrieks, they found something to nibble on before continuing on their way.
