School report cards for more than 800 Illinois school districts were released last week.

Wednesday Journal reported in September how Oak Park and River Forest High School and District 97 did on state standardized tests.

The Oak Park elementary school district had four schools fail to meet or exceed standards on this year’s Illinois Standards Achievement Test given in March. The schools were Holmes, Lincoln and both middle schools, Julian and Brooks.

OPRF also did not make adequate yearly progress (AYP) on the Prairie State Achievement Exam given to juniors in April.

This year’s threshold under No Child Left Behind to make AYP was 77.5 percent of students meeting standards. School report cards are available at the Illinois State Board of Education website: www.isbe.net. %uFEFF
