I recently learned that the owner of the Cigar Oasis is the same developer who has proposed the massive development at Ashland/Madison. This connection is troubling as he doesn’t seem to play fair or follow the rules. He built the building across the street in Forest Park, Madison West, under a different business name: Vivify Construction.
