I agree with both Frank Stachyra and Kris Hansen who wrote letters recently in praise of the glorious American Sycamores. Many reasonable points in favor of these wonderful trees were made. Just as live classical music moves me to tears, the sheer majesty of the American Sycamore moves me to tears in the same manner. I want to add my support in favor of planting more beautiful native American Sycamores and less planting of repulsive, non-native London Planetrees, please.
