William T. Marshall, 86, of Oak Park, died on June 20, 2025. Born on July 14, 1938, he was the publisher for the American Bankers Association for many years and was a former trustee for the village of Oak Park. An avid reader, he loved classical music and doing crossword puzzles and enjoyed spending time in South Haven, Michigan and Venice, Florida.
Bill was the husband of Suzanne (nee Rokos); the father of Melissa (Michael) Marshall and Jeffrey (Grace Leung) Marshall; the grandfather of Jennifer Marshall; the brother of Pam Gorman, Ken Marshall, Gay (David) Ryder, Jim (Pam) Marshall and Amy (Skip) Choate; and the uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Conboy-Westchester Funeral Home, 10501 W. Cermak Road, Westchester on Tuesday, June 24 from 2 to 7 p.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 25 at Ascension Church in Oak Park, followed by interment at Oakridge Cemetery.
