Angela Madden, 63, a longtime resident and native of Oak Park and more recently a resident of the Ray Graham Community, died on June 14 in Elmhurst Hospital. Her favorite things included blue kitties, barrettes, transistor radios, Country Time Lemonade, Nestle’s Quick and Kentucky Fried Chicken. She had a sixth sense that no one could fully understand and that no one would deny. She will be missed by those who knew and loved her.
Angela is survived by her mother, Virginia Madden; her siblings, Madonna (Daniel) Conway, Michael (Laura) Madden, Johanna Novotny, Mary Frances (Mike) Pokrzywinski and Padraic Madden; a brother-in-law, William Stepan; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Dr. Frank J. Madden, and siblings Terence Madden and Kathleen Stepan.
Visitation was held on June 18 at Conboy’s Westchester Funeral Home; a funeral Mass was celebrated the following day at St. Giles Church in Oak Park, followed by interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside.
