What is one thing you have had to do to “pivot” to survive the Covid shutdown?
Internally, we’ve restructured to improve efficiency. We’ve cross-trained our team so everyone is familiar with what everyone else does in case something happens. We can all help one another and serve our patients more effectively this way.
Name one thing you LOVE about our Chamber?
Just one?!?!?….this Chamber is incredibly supportive of each unique business and is really just like a large family with a lot to offer. I love (and miss) our gatherings!
What’s the weirdest thing you sell or offer? Or have there been any odd customer requests?
We don’t sell anything weird…but I have had a customer request I repair his hearing aid when he only had the ear mold (he lost the aid).
