Paul H. Koeppe, 66, of Oak Park, died on May 7, 2016. Born on Jan. 13, 1950, he was the husband of Asela Paredes; father of Sarah (fiancé Nathan Metcalf) and Kristen Koeppe; brother of the late Robert (Vicki) Koeppe; son of the late Robert and Evelyn Koeppe; brother-in-law of Jose A. Lopez (Rosa Paredes); uncle to Jorge, Maria Jose, Michele, Laurel and Amanda; and friend of many, especially his brother from another mother, George Thibeault (Janis), and their children, Emily, Erica and Erin. He is also survived by his four “fur grandbabies”: Lulu, Ali, Betty and Gusgus.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 14, from 9 a.m. until time of Mass, 10 a.m., at St. Giles Church, 1045 Columbian Ave., Oak Park. Interment is private.
