Senior citizens were dancing up a storm at the 36th annual Seniors’ Senior Prom titled, “A Garden Party,” Friday, June 12, at the Oak Park Arms Retirement Community, located at 408 S. Oak Park Ave. The Freenotes, an 18-piece orchestra, provided music from the Big Band era.

“Our prom was a tremendous hit this year,” said Heather Lindstrom, director of marketing. “We had hundreds of seniors in our ballroom here at the Oak Park Arms. Everyone was happy and dancing the night away.”
