Matthew John Rothrock, 24, of River Forest, died suddenly July 6. He was the son of Chris Strange and Douglas Rothrock; brother of Alison; grandson of Marilyn and the late John Strange, Joan and the late Donald Rothrock; nephew and cousin to many.
Matthew enjoyed listening to music, surfing, working out at FFC, and cooking. Matthew was presently a student at Triton College.

Family greeted friends Saturday, July 9 at St. Luke Church, River Forest.
