At a lively and enthusiastic annual meeting Tuesday evening, members of the Oak Park Arts District introduced its new board, celebrated their survival and success, and talked with great energy about continuing to build the Harrison Street area as a destination for locals and tourists alike.

The event attracted 60 or more people to the Intuit Dance Studio, 237 Harrison St. Liz Gaylord, of Harrison Works and the group’s outgoing president, introduced architect Mark Finger as the organization’s new leader. Also on the board are Terry Mueller, R.D. Hunting, Colleen Sutkus, Val Camilletti, Stephen Smith, Haj Herbert, Richard Perry and Olya Daley.
