Dr. Thomas L. Poulson, 91, died at his home in Jupiter, Florida on March 16, 2026. The family lived in Oak Park for 30 years while he taught in the Biology Department at the University of Illinois Chicago. He was also active as a contributing scientist in the District 97 Global Village Scientist program.
He is survived by his wife, Liz, of 65 years; and his daughter, Karen. His son, Eric, predeceased him.
