Richard E. Andrews, 79, of Lyons, a former longtime resident of Oak Park, died on Sept. 6, 2016. Born in Chicago on Nov. 13, 1936, he was an enthusiastic bicyclist, who collected antique bicycles, and an avid reader who amassed a library of books in his home. He will be remembered fondly by his family and friends.
