A woman who was sprayed by gasoline at an Oak Park gas station last year filed a lawsuit against BP on Tuesday, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

Vickie Teague claimed an equipment malfunction occurred at the station at 6119 W. North Avenue while she was filling up her car in June 2011. The $200,000 suit claims a nozzle or hose malfunctioned and sprayed gas all over her face and head, the article said.

The suit calls the equipment “unreasonably dangerous” and accuses BP of negligence.
