This past weekend, senior Matt Garelli (Elmhurst) became Fenwick’s first two-time individual IHSA wrestling state champion. Matt won the state championship for the second consecutive year with a double-overtime win over Kevon Powell from Montini. Matt also is the first undefeated wrestler in Fenwick history with a 23-0 record.
