The Fenwick tennis team won the Maine South Hawk Invite on Saturday. The Friars scored 31 points by winning 4-of-8 matches, all at the No. 3 and No. 4 spots.
The No. 3 doubles team of Hannah Murdoch and Hailey Vrdolyak downed Nazareth to win the title. Tierney Vrdolyak and Caitlin Cappelli of No. 4 doubles defeated Lake Forest for the title. Marta Shoorgot won at No. 3 singles by edging Maine South 7-6, 7-5 in the semis to help seal the title.
