The Fenwick softball team scored four runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to secure an 8-7 victory over Resurrection last week.
Four players hit doubles for Fenwick and Natalie Marotta had a home run. Alex Tomasek, Marotta, and Marisa Wakely finished with two RBIs apiece.
Olivia Soja earned the win, allowing one hit and striking out two in one inning. Kerry Lange pitched the bulk of the game for the Friars, yielding seven runs — four earned — on eight hits. She walked two and struck out four.
