I’m attaching a self-explanatory letter written to Mr. Moran who heads the Adjudication Department at village hall. On Aug. 31 and Sept. 7 you covered this story. I thought you might be interested in learning that the village to date has not abided by the Circuit Court judge’s order.

Circuit Court Case No. 2005-M4-00 1326
Dear Mr. Moran:
On Aug. 31, 2005, Circuit Court Judge James V. Murphy signed an order that the $100 fine should be vacated and the village is ordered to repay court costs of $78.42.
To date I have not received the refund and would appreciate your expediting this payment to me.
I’ll expect payment by the end of September or I will consider assessing the village at the rate of nine (9) percent for its use of my money.
Agnes S. Kelly
