Since we seem to be moving on to selecting among design options for a new Public Works facility, I must have missed somewhere the part where the village explains how miserable my existence is being made by the current, inadequate facility. An explanation of how it is we can afford such a facility, but somehow can’t muster the funding to install the good “white asphalt” might be useful, too.
