When I walked past Effigy salon and couldn't help notice the large crowd they had inside.   I popped in and Effigy admitted they were participating in The Cinderella Project sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Forest Park.   The stylists and salon all volunteered to get 12 girls from the community all set for their big prom night with new hair styles and up do's.   The girls all looked pretty thrilled.
