Did you follow all of the 'Fashion weeks' news recently, from New York, London, Milan and ended this week in Paris?  Its such fun for me, and very interesting to see what trends are expected for next Spring.

Mixed media, in the way of leather & denim, silk, lace & velvet - these are great pairings for the new season upon us!  Preview the new Fall Collection @ Madison Street Shoes and 'Kick' off the cooler season in the highest style.

Madison street shoes in Forest Park features not just gasp-worthy pairs of shoes & boots, but chic apparel, and fun accessories.  This amazing boutique is literally, a one-stop shopping experience.  Already a bit hit in town, they are expanding their new boutique which opened only this past April.

With boot season upon us, one of my favorites is the hybrid between shoe & boot: Ankle booties, or shoe-tie - an impeccable blends of edge and femininity, are equal opportunity outfit additions.  Tall boots are not to be missed, or the classic equestrian 'riding boot' styles, to motorcycle inspired details.  Get one of each in brown and black.

Frye boots, Michael Kors, Ugg, Toms, Minnetonka; all amazing brands that give us style and comfort all in one.

One double-duty wardrobe basic our closets can't live without: the classic blazer, like this floral Free People option, a classic with a twist.  My friends and clients know I'm a fan of brand 'Free People', it suits my boho sensibility; and we are fortunate indeed to have it represented here in town by Madison Street Shoes!

You will find dresses & draped cardigans, that give a modern mix of chic & cozy. Handbags, totes, and over the shoulder options round out the collection along with a nice selection on fashion jewelry.  Seriously - a one stop shop!
