Library holding farewell party for Deirdre Brennan

On Friday, Dec. 28, in the main lobby of the Oak Park Public Library Lobby from 4-6 p.m. there will be a farewell party for the outgoing Executive Director Deirdre Brennan. She'll be moving on at the end of the year to take a new postition as the executive director of RAILS (Reaching Across Illiniois Library System). In her six-year tenure, Brennan has been recognized for making strides in diversifying the library's programming, strengthening infrastructure, empowering internal teams, and engaging the Oak Park and larger library communities.
