Ah, the consultants are the new CEO's with their fees climbing to that of the CEO's salaries which they get good or bad ideas and analysis.

Marc: The $145 million only includes Sequences 1 through 3, leaving out 4 & 5. Those include the elevated fieldhouse with the 200 meter running track, which will have to be specially reinforced.. The statutory debt limit of the District is approximately $150 million, so that's not going to happen, but Perkins & Will won't tell you that.
