Jeannine M. Fournier, 53, of Oak Park, died on Aug. 12, 2015. Born on Jan. 11, 1962, she graduated from Oak Park and River Forest High School, received her undergraduate degree from Elmhurst College, and her Master of Library and Information Science from Dominican University. She was the head librarian at Glenbard East High School in Lombard, where she took pride in fostering an environment for students to meet and learn. 

Jeannine Fournier is survived by her children, Claire, Ted and Frank Orphan and Audrey Glock; her parents, Jack and Ada Fournier; her siblings, Joe (Julie) Fournier, Peggy Fournier (John Mason), John (Mary) Fournier and Douglas Fournier; her many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; and her beloved Scott McParland. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Orphan. 

Visitation was held on Aug. 16 at Oak Park's Drechsler, Brown & Williams Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, an educational fund has been set up.
