Mary looked like the picture of summer in her light-colored T-shirt and shorts at the Oak Park Arms' Sit and Be Fit exercise class. The Arms offers these free classes three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) at 9:30 a.m. They are good for keeping the body mobile and The Arms offers them for free. Thank you, Oak Park Arms!
