A fight outside a strip mall in the 7100 block of North Avenue clogged traffic at the intersection of Harlem and North avenues with gawkers after numerous squad cars swamped the area.

Two men initially were arguing from their cars, but by the time the police came they had exited a Chevy four-door and a beige Toyota and had come to blows.

Police broke up the altercation and arrested a 27-year-old Chicago man.
