Janis Morgan, 67, of Oak Park, died on May 19, 2019. Born on Aug. 28, 1951, she devoted her life to children. She loved holidays and spending time with all those she loved and who loved her. In addition to her family, she will be dearly missed by her beloved pet and companion Sunny, as well as her countless friends, neighbors, and co-workers who continuously and graciously offered their love and support. The family wishes to thank the Alexian Brothers Hospice Residence staff for the loving care they provided.
Janis is survived by her siblings, Neal (Karen), Ken (Ebby), and Ray (Diana) Morgan; her nieces and nephews, Danielle, Heather (Tony), Kelly, and Eric (Trisha); her great-nieces & nephews, Lauren, Dominic, Patty, Sienna, and Kellen. She was preceded in death by her parents Marvin and Dorothy Morgan.
Visitation was held on May 25 at Drechsler, Brown, & Williams Funeral Home, Oak Park, followed by interment at Mt. Emblem Cemetery.
