For the second consecutive time, no business could be conducted for want of a quorum. The March 27 meeting was only attended by Mr. Nummer, Mr. Hoke, and Mr. Dudek (A quorum requires four trustees). The question is "Why was there no quorum?"

Ironically it is these two trustees who have frequently complained about meetings extending past Is it not apparent to them that their non-attendance at regularly scheduled board meetings ensures that issues will accumulate and thereby necessitate late night meetings?
It all makes no sense. If people don't want to serve, why do they run for political office? If they have lost interest in public service, why don't they resign? These are questions the public has a right to ask of their elected officials.
