James H. McCauley Sr., 71, died on Dec. 3, 2010. Born in 1939, he was devoted to his faith and his church, a respected industry leader and former president and owner of McCauley Mechanical Construction Inc. An avid woodworker and a good companion to man’s best friend, “Laddie,” he was described by family and friends as a man who understood that the real gift is in the giving and in the receiving.
James McCauley is survived by his wife, Mary “Johnnie” (nee Nulty); his children, James (Linda), Kathleen, and John (Leslie) McCauley; his grandchildren, Kaleena, Josh, Brandon, Kara, Lauren, Colleen, and Michael; his siblings, Mary Jo (Richard) Carey, Monica (Richard) Swartwood, Virginia Smith, Thomas (Kathleen) McCauley, Suzanne (Richard) Cartlidge; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held on Dec. 6, followed by interment at Good Shepherd Cemetery.
