I hate scumbags!!!

I saw 2 scumbags today stealing packages off a porch on 300 N Euclid. They are driving around in a grey colored Nissan Maxima mid 90's style. I tried to run down and get the more info on the car but they made me and took off pretty quickly. The driver is a black male. And the passenger is a white female with blonde hair. The only thing I could make of there plate was that it was either a specialized plate. Either FOP, Fireman, or War vet. i could not really tell.

What is the science behind porch poaching? Do they open the package first to see if it's worth poaching? Do they have a car parked nearby to stash their porch presents? If so, do they then get back in their vehicle and drive a block to poach some more? Or do you take just take what you can carry? Some ideas for the WJ investigation team to consider...Life of the Porch Poacher.

The OP Police has my permission to waterboard these perps....it's a perfectly appropriate punishment over & above any jail time these dimwits serve.

My neighbors have had things stolen on more than a few occasions. Anymore I always ask for the packages to be held at the distribution center for pickup.
