Daycare Support

This facility should utilize public money by making sure: 1. Parking is available but not interrupting the surrounding area. 2. Training facility for staff and students. (maybe employees can volunteer to train OP people who sign up) 3. Daycare-early childhood center 4. I think combining gov. bodies is great for using one building 5. If this was in a location close to restaurants, the employees would probably spend more money on Oak Park businesses!!
