Good Cartoon Mr. Stopeck. I noticed there is a back up to East Avenue, because of the Popeye's drive through. It was never like that before and I thought there was some fantastic special going on. Now I know it was just some thing not considered by the Village. I sure hope Popeye's does not offer some special promotion. Traffic would be backed up to Village Hall
