Rubber bands? I just save them until I have a small clutch, bind them up with one of their own, and put them out with the outgoing mail [What’s with all the rubber bands? Viewpoints, Sept. 29]. Never had a mail person refuse them. Perhaps we can help the U.S. Postal Service reduce their deficit.
